Prospective clients must complete the application form and fax to us with their first work order, and credit card authorization to set up billing. Please include a copy of your business license, or judgment.

All information is kept confidential. New accounts can obtain a copy of our Client Application by viewing the application located on our company website under "Client Resources" or using the links below.

Custom Pricing: We'll do our best to match, or beat any price your paying for asset, utility, mail drop, or telephone information. Our policy is to never turn away a qualified client.

How we bill: We only bill to your credit card when we complete an order. You only pay for the information you request. We must have a valid credit card on file to conduct business with you. On credit card billing, we charge your card at the time we complete the work and before we send it back to you along with a paid invoice. Accounts are billed according to individual membership rates.

FIRST ORDERS are charged the research rate minimum in advance. A 'research rate' is a fee designed to compensate our company for time invested in the event of a no hit. Standard billing will take place on your second order.

Permissible Purpose: In order to use our asset search services, you must have an FCRA permissible purpose. This company policy was adopted to prevent our company from ever violating the GLB Act.

Excerpt from the GLB (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act)

" Except for the amendments made by subsections (a) and (b), nothing in this title shall be construed to modify, limit, or supersede the operation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and no inference shall be drawn on the basis of the provisions of this title regarding whether information is transaction or experience information under section 603 of such Act."

Missing information: Most searches build off previously known information. If you are missing a required piece of information to conduct the search, we will either send the search back to you as a “no hit” or obtain the missing information at an additional charge. Please check your request for errors, social security numbers, and proper telephone numbers.

Results: Results will be emailed or faxed. Sensitive information may be reported verbally.

How to order: All orders must be in writing, using our work request form, located on our company website under "Client Resources". Please include all information you have on the subject, and provide detailed request information so we know what to look for. To ensure our receipt, fax your requests.
